This is a handmade habit tracker notepad with pastel colors and tulip drawing. This notepad is a weekly habit tracker to help you build habit or break habit depending on your goal. You can choose up to 8 habits that you want to do everyday and track your progress during the week.
This tracker is perfect to keep you motivated and to keep yourself accountable as you reach your goals.
This notepad is not a sticky note, they are tear away sheets.

Hoa’s planner shop offers WORLDWIDE shipping options
For all products shipping cost will be calculated at check out depending on your order and your country of residency.
Please be aware that for all deliveries outside of Switzerland, Hoa’s planner shop does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsable to pay any fees associated with the importing of the product.

From the time the order is place it will take 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and brought to the post office for shipping

All orders have standard shipping if you want tracked shipping you can select it at check but it will be at an extra cost for you.
For the shipping time please keep in mind that I am based in Switzerland so any orders from Europe should ship in 3-4 business days.
This is just an estimate and I cannot guarantee that time it will depend on the postal service.
For domestic orders in Switzerland the shipping time will be between 1-2 business days.
For order outside of Europe it can take from 5-12 business to ship if there isn’t any delays.
