What is a bullet journal ?

  • A Bullet Journal, or Bujo, is a organizational system created by Ryder Carroll with the goal of organizing your personal life into a journal with monthly or weekly planners and some tracker to help you attain your goals long term. It is a mix between a planner and a journal.

  • The main advantage of bullet journaling is how custumizable it is, everything can be adapted to fit you specific and personal needs.

    It’s a great way to stay organize every day and to keep every thing at the same place. Plus writing things helps to remember things better and make you feel more acomplished at the end of the day.

    It helps you to visualize your long term goals and helps you to take steps towards them every day ! It could be by seing you goals on your every day pages of simply from a habit tracker to motivate you by being able to color it every evening !

    It can also help to improve your mental through practicing mindfulness, gratitude or journaling as well as tracking symptoms, anxiety or things to make you feel better !

  • Yes. If you are interested in a digital spread I don’t offer by now, you can contact me on the website or on Instagram via DM.

  • No, you will get a PDF file that you can chose to either print yourself and glue it into a notebook or to use it directly on a tablet with a notebook app like Goodnotes 5 or Notability.

  • Yes ! I do check out the custom bullet journal tab in my shop to gab yours ! And I will ship worldwide ! Just be aware that making a custom bullet journal will take me between 2 and 4 months to make !

  • Once the order is placed and payment is received, you will recieve an Email immediately with the PDF files.

  • The shipping time will depends on where you order from since I am based in Switzerland. But your order will

    be processed in 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimate and delays can happened due to the postal service.

    For domestic order, it will get to you in 1-2 business days.

    For all Europe orders, it will get to you in 3-7 business days.

    For all outside of Europe orders, it will get to you in 7-12 business days.

    Please be aware that for all deliveries outside of Switzerland, Hoa’s planner shop does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsable to pay any fees associated with the importing of the product.

  • Yes, I do ship all my products worldwide. For all digital products you can get them from anywhere as long as you have a valid email address !

    For all other products shipping cost will be calculated at check out depending on your order and your country of residency.

    Please be aware that for all deliveries outside of Switzerland, Hoa’s planner shop does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsable to pay any fees associated with the importing of the product.

  • I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of.any orders But if you have any problem with your order, feel free to contact me and we discuss the possibility of a refund or a replacement of your order.

    If your order hasn’t arrived please wait 10 days past the delivery to see if the package is late.

  • Once you get your email with your PDF files all you need to do is deciding if you want to print them or use them as a digital planner.

    If you want to use them on any device digitally all you need to do is download it onto your device and chose a planner app. There are multiple so I would suggest you do your research for the one best for you. Some exemples are GoodNotes 5 (the one I use) Notability, OneNote and Pages on apple devices. Then you just need to import it and start using it.

    To print your spreads, you will need a printer and any regular paper in A4 or A5. If you have A4 it won’t take the full page and you will need to cut it to size. Note that the color might look at little different from the pictures on the screen and it is normal. Then I would recommend measuring your journal before cutting the pages to be sure it’s the correct size and and you can follow the dots on the pages to help you. The last step will be to glue them on your journal !

  • Yes, by using PayPal at check out you can your own currency even if the displayed currency isn’t yours. It is free of any charges for your purchase !
